You know all those things you want to get done, like say, sorting out your email backlog, or doing your accounts, or tidying your clutter, but don't have the 3 hours or 2 weeks or a month that you need to get the job done? But if you're anything like me you may find that what you do have is a lot of little minutes in between here and there that are seemingly too small to do anything useful with, other than randomly browse the web, or check Facebook, or add another item to your to-do list. This is where the seven and half minute jobs come in. Set a timer and just start on a job. When the 7½ minutes is up, stop. Because you only have 7½ minutes you'll probably find that you focus better as well and don't get side-tracked onto something else. You can do a few 7½ minute jobs one after the other. I spend half an hour a day and get bits of three jobs done - much better than thinking that I'll get them sometime when I get some time - which, let's face it, doesn't happen!
And what has this got to do with Pic of the Week? Nothing at all - other than doing all those jobs in 7 and a half minute batches may just free up some of your time to head off into the hills, or anything else you may enjoy doing! :)

I love feedback! Energy flows both ways, so let me know what you think, whether it's positive or constructively critical, both are valuable!
