Sensuality goes to the Sea

Photographers sketch ideas as much as painters do, and just as painters use their brushes and paints to sketch, so photographers use their cameras to sketch.* Although they are intended to be conceptualised images that are used to decide on the appearance of the final image, some painters' sketches end up being artworks in themselves... and, well, this was a sketch for a series that I'm working on for a solo exhibition, but I think it just might be included...
Sensuality goes to the Sea

*Which explains why photography is the only industry where a 95% failure rate is considered excellent (and that was from film days; I'd image the with the low cost of taking photos with digital cameras the success rate is probably less than 0.01%! (And I'm not talking about the "shotgun" method of photography, recently described beautifully to me by an estate agent who said that he "just pointed his camera and took a hundred photos and then chose the best ones", which lowers that rate exponentially!)

I love feedback! Energy flows both ways, so let me know what you think, whether it's positive or constructively critical, both are valuable!
