Life is tidal; there is an ebb and a flow to everything. At the midpoints between the highs and lows, life can sometimes feel a little flatter, a bit smoother, even slightly bland. But there, in the moments in-between, there is so much enjoment to be experienced through the lens of appreciation - from being enveloped in a spectacular 360° sunset, to noticing the distortion of colour and light in a glass jug; from giggling manically with a two-year-old while rolling down a grassy slope, to catching an improv jazz band with your dad; from cooking dinner for friends, to melting into a hug from your mom...
It's the moments in-between that carry all the special, the place where happiness lies in wait for us...
