Going, going... gone?

Well, I tried to slip out of the office the other evening to take some photos without my boss knowing, but somehow she knows everything I do! And she's kept me hard at work ever since, so I haven't even had a chance to download them from my camera, let alone process them, so you're going to have be patient and wait to see that one next week.

Instead, I've delved into my archive and I'm going to take the opportunity to tell you about something a friend is involved with...

The Rhino Reality Campaign aims to raise awareness in Asian countries regarding the plight of Africa's rhino. 18 months ago Rhino Reality conceived of a walk to vent their frustrations with the on-going slaughter of Africa's rhino, and they begin that walk this week. During their expedition they aim to encourage greater collaboration and unity amongst all rhino related initiatives both in South Africa and abroad.

Rhino Reality is a collaboration between international wildlife NGOs, conservation groups in South Africa and private foundations and individuals. You can view more info on their website, or subscribe to their newsletter.
