The down side of loving what you do is sometimes you get so excited that you can't sleep... the up side is that you get a whole whack of work done!
I made the mistake of having a quick peek just before going to bed at the raw photos from Chanée and Alastair's wedding this weekend - and then my brain wouldn't let me go to sleep because it wanted to process them. I usually only process a few for the sneak peek but I couldn't resist doing a few more, so pop over to my Facebook page if you'd like to see a few more.

People often think that blue sunny skies are the ideal conditions for photographs, but I prefer more inclement weather, and the weather gods were kind enough to oblige this weekend with a gentle northwest wind that blowing in some welcome rain that held off at the right time, and left some wild clouds that provided both perfect lighting and an interesting background for this delightfully playful couple's wedding.
